General Provisions

1. This AML/KYC Policy includes a set of rules and measures aimed at preventing and reducing the risks of the Service's involvement in illegal activities, as well as fulfilling obligations established by international and domestic legislation to combat money laundering and terrorist financing.

2. In order to ensure an adequate and timely level of customer service, the Service and its customers are required to comply with the requirements set out in domestic and international laws on combating money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as other legislative norms related to the actions of the Service.

3. In order to implement the processes specified in this Policy, the Service develops and implements an internal system for assessing the risks of customers and their transactions, establishes the minimum necessary requirements, procedures and control mechanisms for risk management. Strict measures are applied to customers and transactions with increased risks.

4. This Policy is part of the User Agreement. By accepting the terms of the User Agreement, you automatically agree to the AML/KYC Policy.

KYC

(Know Your Customer) is a common practice for financial institutions that requires mandatory identification of customers before starting any transactions.

To pass the verification procedure, the User must provide official documents from independent sources or information (for example,

1. National ID card,
2. International passport;
3. Driving license;
4. Bank statement;
5. Utility bill.

In order to comply with this AML/KYC Policy, the Service reserves the right to request personal data from the User, as well as take steps to confirm the authenticity of documents and information provided by the User. The Service reserves the right to collect information about the User that has been classified as dangerous or suspicious.

AML

(Anti-money laundering) is a set of measures aimed at preventing the use of financial services for illegal activities.

As part of AML procedures, information about clients, their income and transactions is collected and, if necessary, transferred to the relevant organizations and supervisory authorities. For AML verification, the AML Bot system is used, which analyzes crypto assets, assessing their origin and risk level. If a transaction with a risk higher than 50% is recorded during verification, our service can:

● Suspend operations for up to 14 days;

● Request a video from the user confirming the transfer of funds from his wallet and the transaction hash;

● At the request of regulators (for example, an exchange or government agencies), collect additional information if the transactions seem suspicious;

● Return cryptocurrency only to the wallet from which it was originally sent.

If the client refuses to provide the information required by the payment system (including passing KYC), the funds may be frozen for an indefinite period and are not subject to return. In such cases, the service is not responsible for the loss of digital assets.

If signs of suspicious activity of the User are detected, which may be related to money laundering, terrorist financing, drug and human trafficking, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, corruption and bribery, information about it will be brought to the attention of the competent authorities without the obligation to obtain approval or prior notification of the Client.
