How to make an exchange?

On the main page, select the desired direction: "Give" and "Receive". Specify the amount - the calculator will immediately calculate how much you will receive. Enter your e-mail and your card or wallet details. The exchange rate will also be indicated there. Click "Exchange" - and proceed to the next step. On the new page, carefully read the instructions at the top, copy our details, make a payment and click "I paid".

What is the minimum and maximum exchange amount?

As soon as you select the exchange direction and enter the amount, the site will automatically show the minimum and maximum available values. If you want to exchange an amount outside these limits, write to us in the chat, and we will tell you if this is possible.

Is it necessary to create an application for exchange?

Yes, without an application, exchange is not possible. If you send funds without filling out an application, they will be returned, but a commission may be charged. If the transfer came from a card that is not confirmed in the system, you will need to verify it before returning. To ensure that everything goes smoothly and without unnecessary steps, first fill out an application, and only then transfer funds.

Error creating an application

If there is an error in the form, the required field will be highlighted in red. Check if all the lines are filled in correctly and the e-mail is specified. Make sure that the amount corresponds to the limits (they are displayed under the input field). If you can't figure it out on your own, write to our chat. How are earned money paid out?

We send payments under the affiliate program to the Tether TRC-20 wallet you specified during registration. As a rule, everything takes no more than 2-3 hours. If 48 hours have not passed since the application was submitted, do not worry, we see everything and will definitely process your request.

What is a transaction ID (TxID)?
