General provisions for using the SwapSfera service

This document explains how the SwapSfera e-currency exchange service works. It sets out the rules that will help you understand how to use our services. We, the SwapSfera service, provide exchange services, and on the other hand, you, our dear Users, use these services.

When you start using the SwapSfera platform, it means that you fully agree to our terms. In this document, we have described what rights and obligations both parties have, and we strongly recommend that you read them.

Procedure for payment of applications

Payment is accepted only from the bank card specified in your application. If you try to pay from another source, this may result in the loss of funds.
It is important that the payment is made only from your personal account or wallet.
The transfer amount must be a whole number, without kopecks.
Do not forget to attach a check (in PDF, JPG or PNG format) after payment. All data on the check must match the information specified in your application.
The application must be paid strictly within the time allotted by the operator. Please note that for each new application, unique details may be issued that you will need to use.
All cryptocurrency transfers are checked in accordance with AML standards. In case of violations, identity verification may be required, and funds will be temporarily frozen.

Terms of Use of the Platform

We are glad that you have decided to use our service! Before you begin, make sure that you have met a few conditions.

1.Age and legal capacity By registering on our service or using it as an individual (we do not accept payments from individual entrepreneurs, LLCs and other legal entities), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and fully capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under 18, you can browse the site, but, unfortunately, you will not be able to use the services. We may ask you to provide proof of age.

2.Legality of funds By creating an application for the exchange of electronic currencies, you confirm that the funds you are using are obtained legally.

3.Binding of applications Once you have submitted an application, it becomes mandatory and cannot be changed. Refunds will only be possible for verified users, and only if we have not yet fulfilled our obligations. In case of a refund, a commission will be withheld: 2% (for cryptocurrency) or 10% (for fiat funds).

4.Changes in the market rate If the rate changes by 0.1% or more before the transaction receives the required number of confirmations, we may refund your funds or recalculate the order at the current rate.

Completion of the transaction Once the funds are credited to your account, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be canceled. All orders are processed through the SwapSfera platform, but this does not mean that the order is finally accepted.5.

6.Changing or canceling an order You can change or cancel an order only if you have not clicked the "Create order" button. You must pay for the order within 15 minutes, otherwise full verification of your identity will be required.

7.Payment terms You have 15 minutes to pay for the order. If you do not make it within this time, we are forced to terminate the agreement with you.

8.Waiting for confirmation After sending the order, you have 10 minutes to attach a payment receipt. After this time, if the receipt is not provided, the details will be canceled and the funds may be lost.

9.Payments Payments to bank cards can take from 10 to 180 minutes, in rare cases - up to 72 hours. Sometimes payments can be divided into several parts. If the funds were received after the application was cancelled, they will be returned minus the commission.

10.Correctness of data It is very important to provide the correct details. If you make a mistake in the data, the funds will not be returned.

11.Contacting us We are always ready to help you if necessary! Please provide a current phone number and email so that we can quickly contact you if any questions arise.

12.Refusal of service We reserve the right to cancel an order or refuse service if there are doubts about its correctness or if we cannot contact you.

13.The service reserves the right to conduct random verification of users before making an exchange on the site.

14.Responsibility for security You are responsible for the safety of your password phrase. In case of its loss or misuse, we are not responsible.

15.Changes to the Terms We may update our Terms at any time, and we will notify you when changes are made. Using our service after such changes will be considered your agreement to the new Terms.

We always try to be as honest and transparent as possible, but there are moments for which we cannot be held responsible.

If third parties have committed any illegal actions against you, we, unfortunately, cannot compensate for damages or losses. Also, if your application was delayed or not processed by the bank or payment system you specified, you will need to contact them directly with a claim. Of course, we are ready to help and provide all the necessary documents to support your request.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in the execution of orders and transfers if this was caused by events or systems beyond our control. For example, if something happens that does not depend on us, we, unfortunately, cannot fix it. We also cannot be held responsible for damage caused by such external circumstances.

We ask that you follow the rules and do not harm the Service. For example, you cannot hack the system, distribute viruses or post unwanted materials. We also ask that you do not interfere with or disrupt the Service.

It is important that you always keep your contact information, such as email and phone, up to date. If anything has changed, be sure to update your account information. If you do not update this information, we cannot guarantee that all notifications and security codes will be delivered on time.

If you notice that your account has been used in an unauthorized manner or your password has been stolen, be sure to notify us as soon as possible.

We also ask that you avoid using services that may hide your geographic location. If necessary, we may ask you to provide your location to confirm the security of your account. Otherwise, we may, at our sole discretion, reject the application or block the account.

If you have accidentally visited fake websites or social media pages that imitate our service, please let us know. We will always appreciate your help in preventing fraud.

If for some reason you do not provide additional information or documents, we may suspend your transaction or block your account until the circumstances are clarified.

Our service always strives to provide you with high-quality services on time, in full compliance with these Terms. We also undertake to promptly inform you of changes in the rules, payment methods or the amount of commissions. Do not worry, all commissions are always indicated when placing an order, so that you can easily navigate.

Use of personal data

We may collect personal and non-personal information in a variety of ways, such as through analytics, cookies, tracking technologies, or when you voluntarily share data with us. Anything you provide to us through the site is considered consent. This may include your name, contact number, email, address, date of birth, ID number, and other information that is necessary to provide our services.

Important: We only receive personal information when you choose to share it. If you do not want to provide any data, that is entirely your choice. You can also revoke your consent at any time, and we will stop using your information.

What do we use your data for? It’s simple – only for the purposes that we inform you about in advance or that are provided for by law:

- to process your applications, orders and transactions;

- to answer your questions and provide support;
